Ok

It's a basic apartment with basic facilities. Next to a supermarket. Walking distance to the city center of Tunja (though you have to walk up a steep hill for quite a while to get back to the apartment). The woman who owns the apartment seems like a nice person. She was there to greet me when I arrived. The kitchen stove works well and there are pots with lids. There is a small fridge. Be careful where you place items, because they can freeze also outside the freezing compartment.

No central water heating. The shower has an electric water heater. It can only maintain a small stream of warm water, and there is no warm water in the kitchen sink for cleaning. I am an electrical engineer and i can say that the water heater for the shower is rigged in an unsafe way, the copper wire is exposed. It should never be like that in a wet environment like the shower. See the pictures. But maybe thats normal in colombia. Make your own decision if its what you want. Overall its an ok apartment, but i would not choose this place again if i ever came back to this city.

Todo muy bonito Amplia habitación limpia y cálida. Cobijas suficientes Baño bien aseado y bonito Sala comedor amplia Cocina limpia aseada y equipada con lo básico

La información del check in en alguna parte dice que de 3 a 11pm y en otro lugar dice q hay un adicional de 10.000 pesos si llegas después de las 7 pm. Por lo demás todo fué muy buena atención

Faltan cosas por mejorar en el Apartaestudio, sobre todo en áreas comunes que no están limpias.

El baño es grande, la cocina está bien y cuenta con buena lavadora y el Apartaestudio es cálido

Los pasillos donde está ubicado el apartamento, le hace falta mucho aseo, estaba muy sucio (había bola de pelos en la entrada del área común. No cuenta con parqueadero propio, el parqueadero contratado queda a dos cuadras y cuenta con hora de ingreso y salida, no se tiene esa libertad de guardar y utilizar el vehículo en el momento que lo desee.

El baño es grande, la cocina está bien y cuenta con buena lavadora y el Apartaestudio es cálido

Los pasillos donde está ubicado el apartamento, le hace falta mucho aseo, estaba muy sucio (había bola de pelos en la entrada del área común. No cuenta con parqueadero propio, el parqueadero contratado queda a dos cuadras y cuenta con hora de ingreso y salida, no se tiene esa libertad de guardar y utilizar el vehículo en el momento que lo desee.
