We were absolutely delighted with our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations — from the exceptional cleanliness and excellent facilities to the incredible attention to detail and genuine hospitality. Everything was truly above and beyond what we could have hoped for. Nick is an outstanding host. He has thought of absolutely everything you might need for a perfect holiday, and his kindness, attentiveness and willingness to help made our stay even more enjoyable. We always felt that we could rely on him for anything we needed. The location is simply perfect. The pedestrian and shopping street is just a 2–3 minute walk away, while the accommodation itself is wonderfully quiet and peaceful. The sea and a beautiful beach are only about a 2-minute walk away as well, making it incredibly convenient. We would also highly recommend Mikelatos, the family owned restaurant. It was a fantastic experience and definitely one of the places we would recommend visiting during your stay. We truly enjoyed every moment and would have no hesitation in staying here again. In fact, if we return to Kefalonia, we will definitely book through Nick again. Thank you, Nick, for making our holiday so special. We couldn’t have asked for a better place or a better host!

An exceptional stay even better than the photos Kosmas Villas was one of those places that exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived. Everything was immaculate, fresh and so well maintained that we honestly had the feeling we were the first guests ever to stay there. You have all the privacy and independence of a villa, but with the comfort and attention to detail you would expect from a five-star property. In reality, the accommodation is even better than it looks in the photos. Nick Mikelatos is an excellent host: warm, kind and genuinely attentive. He welcomed us personally and had even prepared a few small gifts for our arrival. One small detail says a lot about his character. When we asked him where we should eat in Skala, he told us that the food was good and fresh almost everywhere and encouraged us to explore. Only later did we discover that his own family runs a restaurant in Skala and an excellent one. He could easily have promoted his own place, but he didn’t. We really appreciated that. We are especially happy that we chose Kosmas Villas for two reasons: first, our stay was even better than we had imagined; and second, we like knowing that by staying here we are supporting a local family business run with great care. The location is also very convenient, especially if you arrive in Kefalonia by ferry, as Poros is close by. When we return to Kefalonia, we already know where we will stay. Highly recommended, especially for anyone arriving on the island by ferry through Poros.

Siamo stati in questa villa per 10 giorni. La casa è in una posizione ottimale, vicinissima sia alla via principale pedonale, sia al mare. Entrambi sono raggiungibili a piedi in brevissimo tempo. La casa è arredata con gusto ed è dotata di ogni comfort: condizionatori, forno a microonde, bollitore, tostapane, piastra, macchina nespresso per il caffè. Il bagno è nettamente superiore agli standard dell'isola. La pulizia è garantita dalla cura giornaliera di una signora gentile e silenziosa che si è occupata di noi con grande garbo. Un apprezzamento particolare a Nicolas, il proprietario, un ragazzo gentile e disponibile che ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio offrendoci il suo aiuto in ogni situazione e che ci ha fatto trovare moltissimi prodotti in cucina: acqua, frutta, marmellate, pane, capsule nespresso sempre rifornite, vino. Insomma siamo molto soddisfatti della struttura e del trattamento da parte del proprietario.
