Schöne Wohnung, Einrichtung okay, Sauberkeit ausbaufähig

Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten, die Lage grundsätzlich gut. Allerdings fehlte der Hinweis auf die gegenüberliegende Baustelle, auf der um 7 Uhr laute Arbeiten durchgeführt wurden.

Die Wohnung war leider nicht sauber! Es lebten reichlich Spinnen mit ihren Netzen in der Wohnung. Der Spiegel im Schlafzimmer war dreckig. Und dafür, dass die Wohnung laut eines kleinen Zettels morgens noch gereinigt wurde, befand sich an einigen Stellen noch viel Staub
