The attention to care for the customer. The place was clean and confortable. Breakfast was nice. The staff were kind. Mr. Wilson went the exrra mile to make our stay comfortable. We shall bw back for sure.

The staff was probably the best part of the entire experience and that's saying something. In the beginning there was a little confusion with the booking but Wilson went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with where I was. The chef, John, was one of the best parts of this stay. I'm not used to being waited on and hand foot and I told him I wasn't. He did it anyway and made my stay unforgettable. He learned what I liked to eat and the things I didn't. Once he got that down I didn't even have to ask to order anything. It just arrived. The food was top notch. The best fruit I ever put in my mouth. I would wake up with John at my door with a breakfast any man could ask for.
The view was incredible. Watching the sunrise over Lake Victoria was gorgeous. Followed up with John bringing the best pineapple known to man and freshly squeezed juice topped it off. I would and will definitely stay here again and would recommend anyone traveling to the area to do the same. Olivia, the housekeeper, didn't just clean up behind me she also washed, dried and ironed my clothes with the best of intentions. Wilson, the man who runs it, didn't just help me book a room, he gave me advice and guidance on the culture of the country. He told me the dos and donts, as well. I can't wait to come back.

Very clean and beautiful studio. The bed was amazing, big and comfy. The property is located at the outskirts but has a nice view over the lake. The hotel manager Wilson is a gem, he was incredibly helpful and super nice, can't compliment him enough !!! Olivia was also very kind and polite, and the lovely chef cooked some really nice food for me.
I loved everything.
