The apartment is charming, it has character, it's spacious and well designed - with some tiny repairs would be a luxury apartment.
The street is sometimes noisy, especially on evening and early morning (cleaning and garbage trucks). Although the apartment has good windows with noise cancelling, could affect your sleep.

The location and the room size was excellent. The bed and bathroom is excellent and comfortable. Having an additional table fan is a boost during extreme heat conditions.
The kitchen was too small compared to other rooms, no washing machine is a bummer and the maybe it is us but the automatic door opening is a bit of an issue.

A localizaçao é muito boa, proxima a estação Santa Maria Novelle , que facilita muito.
O apto é muito bom, porém precisando de manutenção na porta do banheiro da suite; manutençao da caixa de descarga; manutençao nos chuveiros e no aquecedor. Muito barulho na madrugada de pessoas fazendo algassara; pesoal descartando o lixo nas lixeiras proximas e facial muito barulho.
