El apartamento estaba bien limpio, el personal de recepción nos atendieron muy bien y nos dieron todas las indicaciones, pudimos usar las piscinas del hotel, todo fue muy confortable para mi familia.
la lavadora del apartamento tiene problemas, no pudimos encender la secadora. Seria bueno tener un manual de uso.

My family and I loved it so much that we stayed for a month. It’s a perfect, peaceful place for a family to relax, enjoy themselves, and spend quality time together. The staff was very kind and welcoming, which made us feel comfortable and at home. I would definitely recommend this place to families, couples, or groups looking to enjoy the beach and have a relaxing time. It’s not really a party spot, but it’s a great place for a group to unwind and enjoy each other’s company.
Playa Caracol is quite far from most things. If you need anything for the apartment, such as food, groceries, or other essentials, it can be a bit of a drive. However, it’s not too inconvenient if you come prepared and bring everything you need with you.

las amenidades del hotel
que el apartamento que nos asignaron tenia los aires acondicionados dañados y que pasamos muchísima calor. Vinieron unos técnicos pero no se logró arreglar. Lo que nos dieron en compensación fue salir a las 5 de la tarde.
