Great location, great apartment, some issues to resolve including absent host.

Top location, great view, access to the beach and to the Byron Bathers pool. Ok Gym. Nice kitchen.

Host literally disappeared after our arrival. Towels, bathroom amenities and kitchenware etc. could be offered more generously. The bathroom in the master bedroom stink terribly i think water wastage is faulty.

6 / 10

Good location and nice apartment but let down by penny-pinching on toiletries, furniture, etc

Location very good with private beach for the apartment complex and Byron's bar and restaurant. Not in a very touristy area which may not be good for some. You need to walk 10-15 mins to the other side of Palm for more bars and restaurants.

Needed to wait at building reception to very out booking because Hive (managing the property) had not sent through our details. Quite frustrating after long flights and arriving early in the morning. The electronic lock did not work to lock the door for the whole stay so needed to leave with door unlocked (lucky Dubai is a safe place!). Hive said it was reported to maintenance, but noting was fixed during our 3 night stay. Ran out of loo rolls on second day (no spares), kitchen not well equipped (no scissors, chopping board, etc). Small tube of shower gel only for three nights so needed to buy our own. Balcony furniture cheap and not very comfortable.
