Su ubicación y el lugar y vistas del alojamiento
Un controlador del aire acondicionado del cuarto no responde la temperatura enfría a la que está programada y no sube ni baja … y en este caso … tuve mucho frío por las noches en el la habitación y tuve que apagarla por las noches y que me despierte el frío muy incómodo por ese lado … pero de ahí todo lo demás de súper lujo y la atención la señorita super muy bien !!!

Safe area, friendly staff, dedicated parking slot, spacious and very clean room, comfortable bed, nice view from the balcony.
They should equip the apartment with more hangers for towels and swimming suits to dry.
We did not find anything disturbing, we would choose the same at our next visit.

I like the location and view they had of the golf course from the balcony rooms
What I didn’t like about my stay is that the staff ruined it for me on the final day , when I first checked in the manager that checked me in made it clear to me that smoking is not allowed in the building no room no balcony no corridor etc and there will be a $200 fine if so , I came in to the hotel on my final night to go sleep and check out in the morning once I arrived to my room that had personal items inside I tried unlocking the door with the code and it never open so I went down panicking to reception and the person at reception told me that they have been inside my place which had my personal stuff including money and it stinks of smoke which was a lie as I genuinely didn’t smoke in the room and they where not unlocking it if I don’t pay $200 I started losing my cool as I could see this is all a big scam because they seen a young man that was well presented and thought they could make a quick buck or two of me but once they seen I was persistent and wasn’t giving up and paying for something I did not do they gave up and gave my room back but I just find it unacceptable how staff can go inside your room when you are not there
