Amazing villa. The place is built into the rock, rare case when it actually looks like on the photos. Everything is new and clean. The view from terrace is amazing, place is very quiet. Private pool is great, water was warm to swim at any time in August. Kitchen has everything, we cooked a few times without any issues. Beds are comfortable. The host is very kind and helpful, gave us tips where to eat and what beaches to visit, and after that didn't bother us at all. Quiet location, no noise, but Lefkada town and beaches are 10-15 min by car. Parking right next to villa. For two people who want to relax it's a perfect place, we will come back for sure.
Only 2 things. Internet is weak - ok for messages and video streaming but not for work if latency is important (it's about 1-2 seconds), it also disconnects from time to time for 10minutes or so, keep it in mind. And washing machine left some stains on our clothes, probably needs cleaning or filter check. Both are small things and didn't spoil the vacation.

It was such a beautiful property! I loved waking up early to watch the sunrise! The villa was gorgeous and spacious.
The washing machine left soap stains on a couple of clothing items. It didn’t do it to all the clothes. But this is a minor issue. I’m just mentioning it in case anyone has a favorite clothing item they prefer to handed instead 💁🏻♀️

We had an excellent stay at Petroto Sea View Villa. The villa has a beautiful modern style, was spotlessly clean, and offered breathtaking views over the sea. The pool was fantastic and the perfect place to relax while taking in the scenery. Everything was well maintained, and the property made for a comfortable and memorable stay. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Lefkada and would happily return. Oh, and the recommended taverna Kambos is fantastic.

The view is really beautiful and the private pool amazing! The villa is clean and modern. Location is perfect to explore Lefkada and the villa is close to Lefkada town. I definitely recommend it!
The pillows were really uncomfortable. Way too firm. Garden could be better maintained. The villa was getting cleaned every 2-3 days, but only the towels and sheets were getting changed. I would’ve prefered if the cleaning was a bit more thorough. But these are minor things, because the villa was great!
