The apartment is really nice, perfect both for a couple and a family with small kids. The tv is very large and nice for watching movies. It is exposed north, so rather fresh. The private garden outside is also very nice. Pity that tiger mosquitos arrived also there. Having a garage for the car was also nice. The swimming pool in the residence is really a plus. There is a very large one, with a section going down slowly from zero (line the sea), plus a small one for under 4 years old children. There is a nice beach really close to the apartment, plus other nice beaches 10 minutes by car. Really suggested for families.
If you are looking for an apartment nearby restaurants and places for going out it is not the best option. Either you are ready to walk 15-20 minutes in the night, or you go by car. There are many lime bikes around, that's also a good option if you are not with kids. It would be great to have the option to rent bicycles at the apartment.

Une personne nous attendait et les instructions étaient claires. C'était facile d'y arriver et d'aller jusqu'à notre place de parking qui est dans le sous-terrain.

Excellent accueil de notre hôte qui n'a pas été avare en conseils/explications. Logement propre, Tout ce qu'il faut niveau équipements. La terrasse et le garage sont un plus.
Location à mi-chemin entre l'aéroport d'où notre avion a atterri et Fréjus/Saint-Raphaël où se trouve notre famille. Idéal pour les visites des villes/villages alentours.
Séjour trop court :-(
Plaisanterie à part, tout était parfait !
