First day we had a broken air conditioner however when we informed the staff, they fixed immediately

I have stayed here before and was happy to return. I work in the hotel industry and found the staff were amazing as always. The hotel could do with a little tlc but if you know egypt you will understand its fine. Great location, beautiful views, friendly staff. Look forward to my next visit 😊
