Fantastic hotel! The staff were one of the best I’ve ever experienced, so incredibly helpful with booking things you want to do and just always friendly and nice to talk to! Cannot recommend this hotel enough! If you come to Zhangjiajie you must stay here! :)

L’extrême gentillesse du personnel, ils nous ont réservés les tickets pour les parcs et organiser le parcours. La communication était très facile car ils parlent tous anglais.

Excellent value for the room and the staff are great plus they speak English and helped me book transport.
The room was large and has air or in my case I used the heat!
Stairs up to the rooms but my bags were carried for me!
There is only a small seating area that can get congested. It’s about a 15 minute walk from the cable car and a 15 minute ride from the train station.
