The property is located in the heart of Butte aux Cailles, with a lot of street art. We have stayed now twice this year and the small art changes, and the large art seems to be maintained. The location is close to a big carrefour, there are many restaurants and boulangeries, the place was clean, very comfy for a family of 4. The property provided us with coffee pods and dishwasher tablets. There is a laundry room with washing liquid provided. It smells nice, I liked the soap & shampoo fragrances.

I would recommend to bring ear plugs, if staying on Friday or Saturday, because the property is in the "center" of the little neighbourhood and there are bars with terraces.
