Basen ale czynny w określonych godzinach, darmowy parking, bliskość do jeziora Garda, urozmaicone śniadanie z opcją bezglutenową.

Niedokończone sprzątanie po poprzednich osobach, niefunkcjonalna klimatyzacja, dyskomfort na tarasie związany z hałasem i palącymi sąsiadami, wygórowana cena w stosunku do jakości i standardu.

Die Zimmer, das Personal, die Lage und das Frühstück waren rundum perfekt. Alle Mitarbeiter waren total freundlich zu unserer Familie. Es war sehr sauber. Das Hotel ist eine tolle weitläufige Anlage und liegt mit ca 15 min Fußweg ruhig und abseits von der Altstadt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder !

Wer etwas ruhiger gelegenes sucht.... Toller Hundeplatz, Hundespielplatz & Hundewachplatz Zimmergrösse ist ansprechend mit Kühlschrank

Es ist sehr hellhörig. Die schreienden Kinder der Nachbarn waren zum greifen nah. Seifenspender im Bad war defekt. In der Dusche war weder Shampoo noch Duschzeug. Auf Nachfrage haben wir Proben erhalten. Die Spender wurden weder repariert noch aufgefüllt. Das Frühstück war sehr chaotisch. Brauchte eine der beiden Kaffeemaschinen Milch oder Bohnen huess es schulterzuckend, es gibt am Ende des Speisesaals eine andere Maschine. Viel zu wenig vorhanden. Musste immer wieder Messer suchen. Pech, drinnen ist voll, bitte raussitzen. Leider war alles vom Regen nass. Wirklich unmöglich. Die Betten waren sehr hart.
