Very convenient location close to the City centre and nearby shops and bars / restaurants.
Property was very clean and comfortable. Quiet location overall (although property shared with other guests).
Parking not available outside in the day but we had helpful instructions to find free on street parking about a 5-10 min walk away. This was fine for our one night stay.

Location was central. Stylish room. New carpet, drawer, wardrobe and comfy bed. Also had tea and coffee.
Just the room, no breakfast facilities. Would stay again.

Very Close to Lincoln FC
In a Residential Area, loos were deceptive, as the room was in a good Condition, with kettle, &TV, En-Suite Shower room.
slightly small room but had all the requirements for a short stay, also very clean.

Handy for us as round the corner from where we were visiting, not too far from reasonable parking and a bargain. Facilities to make hot drinks and the apartment was clean.
Didn't sleep so well as the bed was very springy and not at all supportive
