The apartment is spacey and comfortable. It has a fantastic view of the Beagle Canal and is 100 mt from Ushuaia main road. Kitchen has everything needed and bathroom is well organized.
The only issue we had was with room temperature, there is floor heating and the thermostat seems to not work perfectly as after the first night were it was very hot we had to set it to 15 C to achieve a comfortable temperature in the room. I was a minor inconvenience though as we were able to have the desired temperature in the end.

La ubicación y buena calefacción
El colchón viejo y faltó si o si recambio de toallas y sábanas no puede pasar una semana o el tiempo que sea de renta con las mismas toallas y las mismas sábanas

La ubicación es buenísima, prácticamente en el centro y con una vista espectacular a las montañas. El centro queda a menos de una cuadra y tienes muchas opciones de restaurantes y tiendas, además de las principales atracciones a cuadras (muelle y museo).
No me gustó para nada que pretendan hacer el check out a las 10 am. Aunque los vuelos y/o salidas suelen ser temprano, me parece un exceso que pretendan que lo realices a esa hora. Y lo que me pareció pésimo es que no cuentan con un servicio de guardado de maletas en el mismo lugar, así que tienes que llevarlo a otra ubicación a unas 10 cuadras y pagar Uber. Si bien ofrecen el servicio, creo que ellos deberían absorber este costos incremental pues genera molestias y gastos adicionales.
