the shoplots are within 1km from the house. the pool for kids to have fun. fast wifi. extra matresses was provided. coway or drinking water filter is provided. No need to buy mineral water. ample parking space. since it is a corner lot house.
1. The homestay label is faded. we were unsure if it is the right house. maybe can provide the house number to the guest prior to their arrival.
2. most of the drinking mugs were cracked and the dishes mostly plastic and the glass dishes looks old
3. both fridge are not working.
4. only 1 room had air cond unit. other rooms we depend on the AC unit in the dining area. maybe can provide ceiling fan at the dining table area. the stand fan is not really practical.
