We have spent 3 nights here. The location was great, at the center of Chios, just minutes away from good restaurants. There is also a beach nearby, but we think the beaches that you can go by car are better (e.g., Komi, Lithi). The house is small, just for 2 people. Beautifully furnished, easy on the eyes. It’s on the 5th floor. You can take the elevator to the 4th, then climb the stairs to reach the place. The bathroom is ok, it’s good to find everything you need (including toothbrushes). The kitchen is well equipped. The terrace is very large, we enjoyed having drinks there in the evenings, but Chios can be really windy sometimes which is a bummer.
