Friendly staff. Great pools. Room was perfect.

The resort was better than expected. Looked better in person than the pictures which isn't often the case. However, what made this place special is the staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly, hospitable, and nice.
The only complaint I had were the noise between the rooms. My room had a door for an adjoining room option. However, since it's a door way, you could hear all the noise from the other room when they spoke or when the television was on. We went to bed early but we heard our neighbors come back to their room which was a bit irritating.
Nonetheless, that didn't ruin the hotel because everything else was beautiful and well run with a team of people that were very pleasing.

Great location, very nice hotel, with pleasant staff.
Must also praise Oil, who sorted my room out daily - excellent.
