The room itself is quite nice, clean and modern and the location is great. Close to many main attractions. However, the check in process was very unclear. When we arrived at the check in time (1pm), the gate to the building was locked and we had received no instructions on how to get in. Thankfully, some nice neighbours helped us call the property and then they buzzed us in. They need to better communicate the check in process in advance to guests.

Loved it! Would definitely stay here again:) We used it to sleep, during the day we took ferry to Amalfi Coast and Capri. Great neighborhood!

The room itself was great and I would give it five stars.The area around the property is close to a lot of dining and in a very walkable area with a very unique vibe that we enjoyed.The main disappointment we had was the very poor communication from the host.There was no one to meet us on arrival and no instructions were given beforehand.The suites are located inside a building with a gate that either requires a key or someone to buzz you in.We arrived well within the stated check in hours, but no responses to WhatsApp messages. When we finally got through to someone, we had to figure out which door led to the Suites, which we were not told by the property owner. Some kind neighbors told us where to go, but then we found that the door to enter the suites required a code which we had not been given. So we had to call again to request the code. Finally once we got inside we found the key to our room waiting for us. No other explanation. The booking site says the reception is open from 8:30-1:30, but we never saw anyone there, so were unable to connect about the city tax. Someone left a note in our room on the last day stating we could leave it in cash on the desk or call a number to pay with card. We didn’t have the cash so we called the number and again got no response. When they finally responded, they wanted us to do a bank transfer because they couldn’t come meet us to take our card - expensive!! We had to catch a train and didn’t have time to go to an atm so we just left.

Budget stay for a reasonable price. Well located. Hard to find and I was not sent the check in instructions ahead of time. And with no service yet, it was a hassle to gain entry.
But the apartment was fine for a quick exploration on Napoli
