Ice and clean hotel!

This is a beautiful pet friendly hotel in a lovely and quiet area overlooking Lake Erie. Our room was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. Jenny checked us in and could not have been nicer! I will definitely recommend and return.

Clean room. Gym was like an after thought. Front desk staff not real welcome except one lady who was a general manager. Breakfast was not good at all.

We stayed there three nights and were so glad we booked at this hotel. We’ve had experiences with other hotels when traveling and were disappointed in the overall experience. However, Riverbend was great, especially the checking in process, room cleanliness, coffee in room, rooftop bar, great views and everything was exactly as we would hope for, definitely recommend it to others. Location is great for coffee shops and cafes. Enjoyed all aspects of our stay.
