The staff were friendly and speak English. They have a restaurant downstairs which serves good fried chicken. Petrol station and convenience store are just near by.

The hotel room was nice and clean but the lady at the reception was quite missing the idea of hospitality .... I am used to people being polite in korea , however she seemed to be down-right rude at times.
Fact that the rooms were clean and they provided some decent breakfast (albeit costly) is the only reason to cheer about this hotel.
