FDS Serene is an exceptional property that has considered your comfort and ease of use across every detail. It features secure keyless entry, lift access and a very quiet apartment with great sound proofing, we stayed a week and never heard other guests.
The apartment itself has an entry hall through to a well equiped kitchen and spacious living area. The bed is so comfortable as are the linens and duvet.
Plenty of accessible charging ports, lots of space for suitcases and even a full wardrobe with ample hangers.
The toilet is separate from the bathroom with a wash basin adding extra convenience for more than 1 guests and there is a foldaway double sofa if needed.
The bathroom features a great make up light and plenty of shelving for storage along with full washing machine and separate shower, bathing and drying room. Yes a proper drying room that will dry your clothes quickly and wrinkle free allowing you to pack less.
There are also great amenities provided.
The location is amazing only 350m to a fully accessible station, multiple food kiosks and restaurants and we found the station provided quick access to other connecting routes around Osaka with most locations only requiring one transfer. There is also a taxi rank at the station which can be very handy getting to universal studios.
We loved our stay in Osaka and the apartment created a place where after a long day we could relax in a cool and quiet environment.
The staff were also very quick to respond and really have thought of everything even labelling items and buttons in English.
Don’t think twice, book this beauty! We are already planning our return visit. :)
Really hard to fault them but I personally would have liked more lush and larger towels, better quality toilet paper and a more stable bedhead. All very minor things that didn’t impact our stay or how much we loved the apartment and experience.

Good location, few minutes away from the station, stores and restaurants.
Room was clean, bed was very comfortable, area was quiet and the ammenities were great.
Checking in and out was trivial
Headboard of the bed was a little unstable, also would have appreciated more usable storage.

We stayed at two separate apartments, room 101 (absolutely wonderful on the bottom floor with big porch) in the left hand corner of the complex. The complex is in a beautiful little traditional neighbourhood. Kids walking to and from school, many a good hello and smile from the locals.
The area is very quiet at night, that being said, it is a 2 minute walk from a train that takes you absolutely anywhere, from shopping to clubbing in America Town in less than 15 minutes. A MUST DO is the family Isayaka literally a stone's throw owned by mother and daughter. The food and more importantly the hospitality is second to none. The Japanese know how to drink. I thought us Aussies were bad. There is seating for 6 max people.
The apartment is very very big for Japanese standards. In the bathroom there is a gorgeous little bath with shower which my partner couldn't fit in the bath but I could being 5'3. My must have's when on holidays is a bath and separate loungeroom and this topped it with a washing machine and plenty of room to dry clothes. Everywhere in Japan they supply toiletries and hair dryers and straighteners as ours from Oz are 240 volt and theirs are 100 volt so please don't take yours and use there.
We planned on staying four nights and after falling in love with the location and the apartment, spent a whole week there.
Easy check in and check out, code supplied for access to the building and the apartment.
The pillows could be better. Both my partner and I woke up a bit rough from not having firm high pillows. The air conditioner in Room 305 is a bit temperamental.

I’d say this is the best place we stayed in Japan. The check-in was easy, the location was pretty close from the train station and the room was clean.
Also, after being away from Osaka for almost a week, they kept my husband’s wedding ring! We thought we had lost it, but thanks to the staff we could pick it up with no issues.
