It has sea views from the bedroom and was a short walk from the beach
The only issue we had was we think they owners thought we had only booked one night when we booked two and was harassing us to leave but then after reminding them we booked two nights left us alone but it made use feel uncomfortable for no reason other than admin error

Withernsea is a budget seaside resort. The beach is lovely. There are plenty of cafes, chippys, takeaways, pubs and amusements. The accommodation was absolutely fine, all we needed for a basic weekend away. No frills. The location of the flat was great, close to the town centre and the beach. The host was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
I wouldn't say there was anything I didn't like, it was just basic. No frills beverages provided (Aldi cappuccino), no frills crockery and glasses (mismatched), no frills salt and pepper (original containers). No frills electric shower. All adequate enough for a comfortable short stay.
