Dimensione dei locali che permettevano comodità, dotazioni in bagno e cucina , parcheggio auto adiacente alla porta d'accesso, ridotta distanza dal mare, il centro è raggiungibile con una passeggiata di 15'.
Lo spazio esterno posto sul lato interno non era comodo da utilizzare come area di stazionamento e conversazione serale.
Verificare maggiormente le dotazioni per far si che alla consegna sia tutto efficiente ( vedi bici e TV ).

Casa spaziosa, in posizione strategica vicinissima al mare, al centro e al supermercato. Pulitissima, silenziosa e munita di tutto ciò di cui si può avere bisogno. Signora Aurelia gentilissima e disponibile.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Haus sehr genossen. Es ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, und liegt nur 2 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt – die Lage ist wirklich unschlagbar! Die Gastgeber haben uns sehr herzlich und familiär empfangen, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat.
Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz mit drei separaten Betten, einer gut ausgestatteten Küche sowie zwei Badezimmern – eines davon ist im Waschraum integriert. Zusätzlich gibt es eine weitere Dusche im Innenhof, was besonders praktisch nach einem Strandtag ist.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe – am Strand (etwa 5 Gehminuten entfernt) kann man bequem Lebensmittel besorgen oder im Restaurant direkt nebenan essen gehen. Auch das Stadtzentrum ist fußläufig erreichbar (ca. 15–20 Minuten).
Ein weiterer Pluspunkt: Der Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür – super bequem!

Casa in posizione perfetta vicino al centro ci si arriva a piedi in dieci minuti, casa pulitissima e molto attrezzata . Tra l’altro molto fresca , parcheggio davanti la porta con l’auto si raggiungono le spiagge più belle nelle vicinanze. Proprietari gentili
