Amazing staff! Woman at the front desk was so lovely and kind - had great recommendations and helpful tips. Good breakfast too!
The beds were quite uncomfortable :(. They are still using old spring mattresses, and one sagged really badly. We are in our 20’s so usually pretty flexible, but our backs hurt from sleeping on them. We asked staff about it and they did their best to help, but ultimately the issue is the mattress itself.

The bedroom was clean; comfortable bed; quiet; plenty of lighting; large room; decent breakfast with no limitations; everything worked; friendly staff; complimentary coca tea for the guests.
There was heavy mold on the caulking in the shower; the booking.com listing showed that the room came with heat, but upon arrival, I was told that this is at an extra charge. The booking.com information page didn't indicate such additional fees apply for the portable heater, and so it was logical to conclude that it was included in the price of the room. I ended up using my portable electric stove to heat the room; the cleaning staff person left 2 windows wide upon, and so upon arrival on my second 3-day stay, the room was colder than it should've been, as it was already 9pm and cold outside when I arrived.
