Excellent location, great accommodation will be back

The location was absolutely fantastic as it was opposite a large car park as one of the group drove and it was right next to the venue where the gig was. As a female group we felt very safe.

The lock box and entrance to the actual building was a little difficult to spot. Maybe just pop a bigger sign on the entrance door and lock box.

Great location for the exhibition centre. Large main bathroom.

Cleanliness. Sofa bed in the living room was not a proper bed. Limited utensils in the kitchen- no knife for cutting anything up. Blinds were missing in the living room area so we had to hand towels up. Pillows were awful- requested more but didn’t receive any. Was told a cleaner comes at 11am but no cleaner came.
