Perfect location: Right next to the Liverpool Experience Campus (LEX) and just a 5-minute walk from the FlixBus station (1-hour direct ride from Manchester Airport). Excellent apartment: Very spacious, airy, and well-designed.
The biggest issue – Check-in process: Collecting the keys was very difficult. At 9 PM, we had to walk about 2 km with all our luggage just to pay a deposit of £50 per person (even though we booked via Booking.com, it operated like a typical Airbnb). Furthermore, when we returned to the apartment, it was very hard to find the key lockbox. Some visible boxes were not numbered, and others were hidden inside a cupboard that was extremely hard to locate.

The accommodation was clean and tidy upon arrival, and nicely dressed with a full 4 piece dining set on the table. Each room had a TV as did the living room. One room had a wet room shower en suite. The beds were a good size.
The lift was out of order on day two, but fixed by day 3

Location was good for Albert Docks and easy walk to Liverpool One and bus station. Apartment had everything advertised and everything you need. It was comfortable and clean.
Was advertised as having parking (a key reason I chose it over others) but there was no parking and I was given a 20% discount on parking nearby.

It is a great location nearby the docks, and the city centre is not far within 10 minutes walk.
There is a good setting inside the flat with adequate space.
We appreciated the welcome pack (washing up liquid, cleaning clothes, etc...) the bathroom toiletries (soap, shower gel, shampoo) and there lots of towels and toilet rolls.
Communication / empathy / putting oneself in the customer's shoes could have been much better if they had informed me the lift was not working on arrival and therefore leave it to me to make an informed decision to stay there or not. The lift out of order was short lived, it just happened during our stay and my 70yo mother in law had to climb 10 flight of stairs. Yes, we did it but I would have preferred to be informed beforehand and being given the choice to stay elsewhere if that was the case.
There were dirty glasses and dirty cutlery setup on the dining table: not important but shows lack of strict supervision and checks
The intercom in the flat was not working: this helps to open the front door on the ground floor. This would have been great help with the lift not working.
One of the bedside lamp was full of dust and not working: again, lack of strict checks.
The extractor fans in the bathrooms were not functioning correctly: it didn't affect us but in the long term helps with the moisture in the flat.
