No problem accessing the property or my room, off road parking that wasn’t an additional cost, the entrance, bathroom and my room were all clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable.
I’m not a fan of a rule stating I have to take my shoes off as I would have done that anyway if they were dirty, a fan of a shared bathroom, but the shared bathroom I was aware of before I booked. No access to a kitchen/cutlery - that would have been handy.

It was cheap, clean, and surprisingly quiet for being on a busy road.
The room decoration, the shared bathroom (clean, but dilapidated and cluttered), noises from the hallway and other bedrooms.
