The place is right very close to the bus stop, from there you can drive all the way down to the ferry that goes to Porquerolles & also up to the centre of Hyères. The next beach (Pesquiers) is also very close by as well as a supermarket. I chose the place mainly because of it's location & because it is rather affordable compared to other places around the area. The flat was clean, the Wifi worked really well & it had all the basic stuff in there I needed - also for heating up food, boiling tea etc.
My first night there I could not sleep at all. I urge everyone to check if there are any parties going on at the venue "Hippodrome". I is located exactly in front of the flat. There was a concert going on when I was there and it was so uncomfortable, the bass was crazy - the whole place was vibrating. Long story short: Check if there is an event going on and decide if you wanna go to this event anyway or stay outside of the flat during that time anyway.
Parts of the flat & facilities are pretty old, worn down & only halfway functional - but considering the price I thought it was okay. You just have to be a little creatif when cooking etc :)

Le prix l endroit les commerces a proximité et les transports en commun tout prêt et la gentillesse des propriétaires j ai vraiment adore l endroit je recommande
