An exceptional property in every respect. The apartment was immaculate and looked as though it had been recently refurbished. The quality of the fixtures, fittings, and furniture were of a high standard throughout.
It was clear the owners had put a great deal of thought and effort into ensuring guests have everything needed for a comfortable stay. Both bedrooms were a good size, with one benefiting from an en-suite bathroom, both were equipped with powerful air conditioning units that were very welcome during the very hot weather.
The property was impeccably clean in all areas, including the kitchen and bathrooms, this was something we particularly appreciated. The kitchen was well equipped with all the utensils required for preparing meals, I was impressed by the quality of the cookware and cutlery. I also appreciated the fridge's cooling settings, which kept drinks wonderfully cold when temperatures outside were in the mid-30s (degrees).
The lounge featured two large, comfortable sofas and a sizeable television with Netflix, which was a real bonus and the perfect way to relax after a hectic day. My son certainly made good use of it! Having a washing machine in the property was another practical and much-appreciated feature.
The property also has a lovely garden, which no doubt inspired its name. Although we didn't make much use of it, it was a a very nice outdoor space to have available.
As for the hosts, they were absolutely amazing. One of the great joys of travelling is meeting wonderful people, and that was certainly the case here. Before our arrival, I communicated with the hosts several times and was impressed by both the speed and content of their responses. This was reassuring and reflected the care, professionalism, and attention to detail that was evident throughout our stay.
We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.
There was absolutely nothing to dislike. In fact, the property exceeded our expectations in every way.
What made our stay truly memorable, beyond the exceptional quality of the property itself, was the kindness and generosity of the hosts. With less than 48 hours' notice, they kindly arranged birthday decorations and a birthday cake for my daughter's 22nd birthday.
It was intended to be a surprise, and she was absolutely thrilled. The look of wonder and excitement on her face when she walked in and saw the decorations was priceless and is a moment we will never forget.
I should also add that the hosts would not accept any money for the costs they incurred in arranging everything. Such generosity is rare and deeply appreciated.
Maria and Zhonassis are truly exceptional hosts. They went far above and beyond anything we could have expected and created a special memory for our family that we will cherish for years to come.

The apartament is the excellent for stay to relax in Kavala. The price is very good for the value.

Spacious, impeccably clean, smelled lovely, and was equipped with everything we needed and more. Hosts are welcoming and thoughtful. Great location and hospitality.
