I loved the little cafe entrance and hangout area morning and afternoon. I ve been very welcomed by the staff, all very friendly and helpful. I like to have my private room, it was simple and confortable :)
Nothing really, like everywhere in Vietnam, it s a little noisy because of the street nearby.

It is in a good location
The beds are ok.
The staff is nice and kind.
Unfortunately the girls who were in that room made noise every night at midnight. I reckon one of them was for the long term at the hostel and every night was moving plastic bags ( maybe packed her belongings into it) but I had to tell them to let us sleep.
If you are looking for socialize it is not the hostel.

pro:
staff friedly though
in middle of city center (dont know if that should be considered as a pro thing at all, I would reccomend to avoid district 1 and go somewhere else, if your not planing to hang out in Bui Vien everyday...)
price ?! (actually I had better for half the price in VN, but yeah its in the city center so...)
con:
fake reviews (like with pretty much everything in Vietnam, aways read the bad review first!!)
rooms to tiny for the amout of people
not enough bathroom
not realy clean
a lot of rude costumers who dont care about other people, staff does not set/force any rules
its constantly loud because of nearby club
at least one bed next to window fells like birds living next to your head
bed not comfortable
hostel sells worst SIM provider ever (better go to Viettel-store outside tourist area!)
