The location is very good, and the value is great
Ants in the bathroom, it was super loud at night, another group was up and loud until dawn or so - there are rules but no enforcement. If you take earplugs and slippers, you should be fine.

The property is good value for money, conveniently located between the airport and Valletta. Several buses stop outside, but for a few extra euros you can book a Bolt to town (8€). Comfortable bed. Large shared kitchen and bathroom.
A bit dated decoration and finishings throughout, but that probably reflects on the price. The road outside can be a bit noisy but that comes with being located in a main road.

Overall, the stay left a lot to be desired, but considering the low price, it is acceptable if you are on a budget. One of the best things about the property is its fantastic location right in front of a bus station, which connects you very well to the rest of Malta. Additionally, contrary to what I expected based on other reviews, the overall cleanliness was decent—nothing out of this world, but the staff did come by to clean the common areas a few days during the week. The room also has air conditioning, which is a plus, though it is older and requires you to empty the water container manually to prevent it from flooding the room.
There were several major drawbacks starting with the check-in process, which felt very strange because the key was simply left taped up and there was no lock on the main entrance door when we arrived, meaning anyone could walk straight into the shared kitchen and common areas. You should also consider that the bathroom and kitchen are shared with other rooms, and the bathroom itself is very old, not fully functional, and makes taking a comfortable shower quite difficult while also being prone to flooding
