La posizione vicina alle discese al mare, le dimensioni del living e della camera da letto, la vista mare dalla terrazza, il silenzio e la gentilezza dell'host.
Il bagno molto piccolo, l'attrezzatura della cucina minimale e le scale per raggiungere l'abitazione. ( per me non hanno rappresentato un problema ma andrebbe specificato nella descrizione)

The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful view and a well-equipped kitchen in a cozy town.
It’s also just a few minutes’ walk from the sea. I especially enjoyed having a sunset swim here while taking in the mountains surrounding the bay.
The owner was incredibly helpful as well. She helped us carry our luggage to the apartment and even did my laundry, which was such a lovely touch.
There are some stairs to reach the place, as mentioned in other reviews, but even my parents in their 60s handled them with ease. They’re neither particularly steep nor long, and the walk takes maybe a minute.
5m ride away to the croatia border at Kobila, made it easier for us to go to Dubrovnik next day.
The mosquitoes can be a little annoying when you’re sitting outside, so it’s a good idea to bring some mosquito repellent.
Njivice is such a calm town but unfortunately loud music from some other town disturbed my sleep little bit (a saturday night on summer season)

The location was excellent, a small village with peace and quiet. And the view from the balcony was fantastic! Communication with the host was quick and smooth. She was very friendly. Although the host lived in the same building, we enjoyed complete privacy. There was a dedicated parking space for our car. A few neighbors shouted something about our parking during the week, even though we were parked exactly to our place. However, this did not affect our holiday in any way. The apartment was excellent and very clean. If we ever return to Montenegro, we would definitely stay here again.

Sve nam se dopalo. Čisto,uredno, vlasnica ljubazna i predusretljiva. Sa terase se pruža predivan pogled. Mirno je, bez buke. U blizini prodavnica, restoran a možete prošetati i do Igala.
Preporaka, od srca! ❤️

"The lady was very kind, well communicated. Entire apartment was very clean, bathroom, beds, table, couch. All needed detergents were there, shampoo, liquid soap, dish solution, kitchen well equipped.
