We really loved our stay at Minamiya and hope to stay again next year. The staff were exceptional and helped us with taxis and luggage transport requests. The rooms were lovely and clean, the onsen and massage chairs were excellent and the location was perfect for us.
Occasionally guests would smoke outside by the front door and the smell would waft up into our room as we had the windows open for fresh air. I realise this is outside of the hotels control but maybe the designated smoking spot could be moved elsewhere, away from the front of the building.

On est resté qu'une nuit, mais l'hôte à été particulièrement sympathique et bienveillant. Il a accepté nos demandes et nous a même aidé à organiser notre journal ski.
La chambre est top ainsi que le onsen
