I do not recommend.

the location.

Unfortunately, this was by far our worst booking experience. We chose this apartment because of the very positive reviews, but our experience did not match them. Upon arrival, the apartment had clearly not been properly cleaned. We found soaked towels, mud, hair, food crumbs on the floor, and a towel stained with an unknown red substance. The owner confirmed to us the property had not been cleaned and we had to leave the apartment twice on the first evening to allow a cleaning crew to come and address the situation. The problems did not stop there. The following morning, the shower drain failed and the bathroom flooded within minutes, with water spreading into the kitchen. We had to use all of our clean towels to clean up the water and were unable to use the shower. We immediately informed the owner and requested that it be fixed. However, when we returned that evening, around 11 hours later and the issue had still not been resolved. Someone finally came late that night to repair it, allowing us to take a shower only shortly before our departure, which was the next morning. After this experience, we contacted the owner to request compensation, but unfortunately, we received no response and were completely ignored. The apartment is also on the top floor and was rather hot, which made the stay less comfortable. I normally do not leave negative reviews, but this stay had serious cleanliness, maintenance, and communication issues. It appears that there are underlying problems with the upkeep of the property. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this apartment despite the previous positive reviews.

OK for a one-night stay with kids

Good location to visit EuropaPark. Enough space and beds were good too. Easy to access, as you simply receive two codes to enter the building and the room.

Drainpipe was clogged for the shower as well for the sink. For a one-night stay, it was not cheap, but I guess it was an expensive season. Parking space could have been included in the price.

Objekt u centru mjesta Rust.
