We were disappointed in not having the basic supplies we needed.

The view was wonderful!

First of all, there was no toilet paper in the apartment. Second, the washing machine was filled with bedding and towels from the previous visitors, and hadn't been run to clean the laundry. We had to unload the machine to do our own laundry.
