Had everything we might have needed. Very clean and comfortable. The communication throughout and greeting on the day of check in were superb.
The stairs were a little steep.

The host will wait at the door and hand over the key. She’s very friendly and helpful.

Contemporary and new decor, convenient location for transportation/sightseeing and grocery shopping (supermarket, wet market, pasta/butcher/cheese/boulangerie shops), immersive experience with the old Nice. Quiet building for restful stay. Effective A/C for cooling or heating. Adequate size with ample storage space.
Flexible check-in/check-out can be accommodated if available. Super friendly and responsive host.
Some stairs (<20 steps) before elevator (may not be suitable for people with mobility concern, but we are fine).
Cooking exhaust does not go out of the apartment, so light cooking is more suitable.
Weak ventilation in WC and shower
Some drain odour from hand basin and shower
Shower curtain is needed to prevent splash

Exceptional hospitality from start to finish. Despite our flight arriving well after the official check-in time, the hosts personally welcomed us with drink and a snack, which was greatly appreciated.
The apartment is modern, impeccably clean, very comfortable, and located in an excellent area. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the apartment is fully equipped with everything a guest may need, including a hair dryer, iron, and a completely equipped kitchen with brand-new appliances. Coffee and basic cooking essentials such as salt, pepper, vinegar, and oil were also provided.
The interior is beautifully designed, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. Throughout our stay, the hosts were consistently available via WhatsApp and responded promptly to all inquiries.
Additionally, we were kindly offered a late check-out until our late-night flight, as there were no incoming guests.
