The cottage was cosy. There was a good space in the living room.

The hot water in the shower was not hot. We had to contact the owner because there were no toiletries provided. But the owner was very responsive when we contacted him; he ordered some immediately, and they were delivered the next day. The wall heaters in some rooms didn't seem to work, but we didn't really have to use them.

Great location with beautiful views directly across from the cottage. Sadly we had barely 12 hours there as we were on a complicated journey, but definitely felt it was somewhere we'd have been happy to spend more time.

It was great to have a dishwasher, but for that size dishwasher (and for several guests) it could have done with having more crockery.

No take aways no large supermarkets nearby . Garden needs attention and no patio set but other than that it was fine
