Excellent

This apartment was perfect for us. It was spacious with a separate kitchen/dining area so one person could sleep while another could enjoy coffee. The location was great because we could walk everywhere and the Icefjord Center is just up the road from there. The host, Claus, was extremely helpful and welcoming.

Brilliant

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The apartment is very tastefully furnished with everything you need and has been freshly renovated. Ideally located in the immediate vicinity of the Icefjord Centre and the walks around Ilulissat. The highlight was the boat trip with Claus. He told us a lot about the wonderful surroundings on land and on the water. We had magical moments between the icebergs. And we also saw whales.

Lovely apartment and great location - perfect experience in Ilulissat

We rented apartments 2 & 3 for a family trip. Klaus was a brilliant host, quick to answer questions ahead of arrival. He arranged to collect us from the airport which also made check-in a breeze. He shared advice for what to see and guidance for the very flexible schedule for National Day. Our return flight was delayed and he kindly allowed us to stay in the apartment until our leaving time and arranged our transfer to the airport. Location was great. 10min walk to the Icefjord Center, 10min to supermarkets and shops. Walking distance to all sites around Ilulissat. We didn't have a car but parking was always available in front. Apartment 2 is perfect for two people with different room orientation and slightly smaller than the apartment 3 upstairs, but still great size and perfectly cozy. Lovely kitchen and sitting space. It was warm on the cool days, and black out blinds helped us sleep during the midnight sun. Good warm shower and well laid out bathroom.

A washing machine would be ideal but was not a deal breaker.

Corinne
