Très proche des transports

Only ten minute walk from train, 20mins total to Paris nord. Very convenient.
Great water pressure in the shower.
It was fine, and it was nice to have extra space for the price, but I was quite relieved to leave.
The walk back late at night felt safe and was well lit. Everyone was very friendly.
Building was run down, located in a public housing tower block. 17th floor with one tiny tiny elevator. The shutters in the living room were broken and they were loud in the wind. Building was loud at night. Dishes in the cupboard were dirty. It would have been nice to have hooks or a towel rack in the bathroom. It felt like it had only had surface level cleaning for a long time, everything felt grimy and dusty, especially the kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom stunk of cigarettes and there were burn holes in the couch. Not much in the suburb, we traveled for everything. The balcony was also not pleasant, dirty, obstructed by the broken stutters, and had a broken? table in the corner wrapped in cardboard.
