Appartamento moderno, spazioso, ben illuminato e pulito. Dotato di aria condizionata in ogni stanza tranne che nel bagno.
Le chiavi dell'appartamento erano collocate ad presso altro indirizzo, in una keybox. La cosa ci รจ stata comunicata prima del nostro arrivo, ma in maniera poco chiara. Di conseguenza abbiamo dovuto fare un "giro dell'oca" oggettivamente scomodo per recupararle.

the apartment is great, seems recently fully renovated, clean, convenient, comfortable.
its a bit up the hill from town but it has an elevator! there is also an elevator in town that takes you down to the beach, saving a lot of stairs ๐
I have just one negative point:
the check in process is by far the most laborious process I have ever seen.
Get ready for a treasure hunt upon arrival ๐

I am still giving this place a 10 though because the apartment is a 10 and well priced, and the property management was very quick to answer.

Parking is an issue, you need to get keys from other location. Check in process is quite complex.

Positiv: Ruhige Lage, gute Betten, gute Wasch- und Spรผlmaschine, sehr sauber.
Den - einzigen! - Schlรผssel mussten wir an einem anderen Ort aus einer Box holen. Es gibt keinen persรถnlichen Kontakt oder Empfang. Bestenfalls gibt es einen Videocall. Wenn man kein WhatsApp nutzt, ist die Kommunikation schwierig. Das ist insbesondere dann ein Problem, wenn der Strom ausfรคllt. Zum Glรผck war die Nachbarin noch wach, deren Mann uns den zweiten Sicherungskasten am Hauseingang zeigen konnte. Von der Hausverwaltung dagegen keine Reaktion, weder auf booking-Anfrage noch Anruf. Die Klimaanlage hat ihre Tรผcken. Wenn man die Sicherung aus- und wieder anschaltet, funktioniert sie dann aber in der Regel. Schneidebrett, Messbecher, Schneebesen und scharfe, kleine Kรผchenmesser mussten wir kaufen. Das haben wir auch mitgeteilt, aber darauf ging man nicht ein. Vor dem Aufenthalt muss man seine Passdaten รผber einen Link รผbermitteln, dabei hatten wir kein gutes Gefรผhl. Bis zum Strand ist es ein gutes Stรผck Weg, wenn man die Treppen zum Flรผsschen nimmt und nicht die Straรe, ist der Weg auch schรถn. Man sollte aber gut zu Fuร sein, das gilt im รbrigen fรผr ganz Camogli. Ein zweiter Schlรผssel wรคre gut, falls man sich aussperrt und niemanden erreicht oder auch nur, um mal unabhรคngig voneinander etwas unternehmen zu kรถnnen.
