洗濯機、洗剤、浴室乾燥機あり。バス停、地下鉄ともに近く交通は全く問題ない。駐車場も近くにたくさんあってよかった。階段ホールの声はよく聞こえたけどほかの部屋からの声は聞こえなかった。階段なのが少し大変。

トイレがベットの真横にあったので気を遣うかも。３人で宿泊したけど洗濯をするとハンガーが足りなかった。スーツケースを広げると少し狭く感じた。

有洗衣機，浴缸上方有桿子可以烘衣服，有廚房可以煮食，離博多運河城很近方便逛街，附近很多餐廳可以吃。

沒電梯扛行李到三樓很辛苦。五人房的空間真的太小了，連一個24吋行李箱打開的空間都沒有，建議規劃成四人房放兩張床就好。

オートロックで安全面は良かった。

ベットのシーツに細かなホコリがあり少し気になった。お風呂場開けたらすごい生乾き臭がした。
