Die Lage des Ostseeresort Olpenitz durchwachsen. Landschaftlich in Ordnung. Es wird zwar noch viel gebaut an Ferienwohnungen, aber ich denke mal, dass das Resort noch nicht Abgeschlossen ist, wenn es um das Bauen angeht. In bestimmt 10 Jahren eine Wohlfühloase. Man hat zwar alle Möglichkeiten einzukaufen, aber auch dort Vorort noch ausbaufähig. Kleine Boutiquen fehlen und nur ein Restaurant zum Verweilen.
Das Haus. Falsche Angaben in der Beschreibung vor Urlaubsantritt. Man wurde bewusst getäuscht. AGBs wurden nicht ausgehändigt. Des weiteren wurde uns versprochen man hat den Strand vor dem Haus und man hat Meeresblick. Keines trifft voll zu. Man konnte von der Terrasse nur auf einen halbhohen Zaun auf eine Düne und das Meer schauen, da fragt man sich im Ernsten, was die Beschreibung bedeutet "am Strand" und "Meerblick". Weiterhin stoß uns (4 Personen) auf, dass das Haus unter aller Sau war. Es wurde nicht grundgereinigt davor (was aber jeder Urlauber bezahlen muss :( !!!). Es lag überall Staub, Haare (eventuell Katze oder Hund) herum etc. Couch hatte mehrere Dreckflecken, das Rollo der Gardine am Terrassenfenster hatte einen Kaffeefleck. Küche wurde auch nicht gereinigt, Mülleimer war nicht sauber, die Tab-Kaffeemaschine spritze überall der Kaffee sowie Wasser heraus (vermutlich verkalkt, dann halt komplett Austausch oder reparieren), der Eierkocher war unhygienisch; da man Kalk oder sonst war sah. Weiterhin war es extrem kalt im Haus, man konnte nur es durch den Kamin aufheizen, vorausgesetzt man hat auf Holz für den Kamin (was nicht vorhanden war). Wir waren sehr enttäuscht darüber und sind auch 1 Tag früher abgereist wie geplant (22.08.-25.08.). Den noch eine Nacht in diesem dreckigen und ungepflegten Haus konnten wir uns nicht vorstellen, wir waren am Ende froh, dass wir alle gesund und munter in unserem eigenen Bett schlafen konnten. Das man dann aber keine Entschuldigung bzw. Rabattgutschein oder eine Entschädigung bekommt, ist bodenlos. Man wird leider, leider nur auf die AGBs (die man nie bekommen hatte) verwiesen, wo man als Urlauber schuld ist, dass man Früher aus dem Resort seine Rechte und Pflichten ablegt. Das habe ich in der Vergangenheit noch nicht erlebt. Voll-Katastrophe. Ob es ein zweites Mal gibt und das Resort noch mal eine Chance gibt, wird die Zeit sehen. Aber jetzt habe ich erst mal von diesem Geschehen genug.
