I would like to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation for the experience my family and I had during our stay.
From the moment we checked in to the time we checked out, everything was meticulously prepared for us. The room was incredibly comfortable and equipped with all the essentials, including utensils, a rice cooker, a heater, and more—making us feel right at home. It truly provided an ideal environment for relaxation, peace, and enjoyment, especially for families seeking a tranquil getaway.
I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to Mr. July Paderes, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless and pleasant. His accommodating nature and dedication to excellent service made all the difference. Because of this wonderful experience, I will undoubtedly choose Alta Vista again for our next visit.

I would like to share some feedback regarding my stay at your property.
During my visit, I noticed that the pool was not properly maintained. When I went for a swim in the morning, the water was unclear, which suggested that regular cleaning might not be in place. I believe having an assigned staff member to ensure the pool’s cleanliness would greatly improve guest satisfaction. Additionally, I noticed that pool access was not included in the booking. It would be wonderful if this amenity could be part of the standard package to enhance the overall experience for guests.
Furthermore, I observed that the staff did not greet guests upon arrival or during interactions. In other hotels, a simple warm welcome can make a big difference in how guests feel. A friendly greeting from the staff would add a touch of hospitality and create a more inviting atmosphere.

the size of the room is great for a family of four
Amenities could be better. Even as simple as a knife, can opener would be helpful. Areas under the bed need serious cleaning
