Grande maison avec Wi-Fi qui fonctionne très bien , la climatisation indépendante dans la pièce de vie et les 2 chambres .Dans le grand salon. ,super canapé d'angle et très confortable ,très grande pièce de vie ,cuisine bien équipé ,grandes chambres à l'étage (une avec un très grand dressing ,la literie est parfaite ,une grande sdb à l'étage avec baignoire +wc et une au rdc avec douche italienne et wc (c'est celle que nous utilisions).Il y a aussi une très belle terrasse avec grand canapé ,grande table et chaises le tout ombragé par des toiles suspendues et très beau jardin très bien entretenu (il faut savoir qu'un jardinier vient très régulièrement pour entretenir/arroser/nettoyer....... "mais il est très discret" .Il y a aussi une douche extérieur très pratique pour les retours de plage .Il y a une place privée pour votre véhicule devant votre porte d'entrée. et la propriété est entièrement clôturée avec portail électrique. Commerces à proximités ,les belles plages sont un peu éloignées donc voiture indispensable).
A savoir il y a la maison des propriétaires qui à coté de celle louée mais ils n'y vivent pas pendant la période de location entre Mai et Octobre ,vous pouvez donc profiter d'une autre grande terrasse couverte avec un immense barbecue .la propriétaire KORINA est vraiment très sympa et disponible ,elle répond à toutes vos questions rapidement.
pour vraiment être complet au niveau équipement cuisine un micro onde serait le bien venu.
Et cerise sur le gâteau ,une petite piscine serait la perfection pour ce logement, mais le tarif serait également certainement plus élevé.

Also, I want to mention what a fantastic host is the owner. Always available to answer any questions, give recommendations about local facilities, etc.

Casa NB is simply perfect in every way. Korina has wonderful taste and has provided a magnificent villa and peaceful garden to make your holiday in Corfu even more special. Everything you need is provided and the house was cleaned and bedding and towels changed in the middle of our week’s stay. It was difficult to leave the villa and explore the island! Even so, the location is perfect being only a short drive from Corfu town.
Korina was a wonderful host and made us feel really at home. It was an absolute pleasure to meet her and stay in her delightful villa.
Everything was perfect and we were very sad to leave.

Locatie excelenta, linistita, aproape de corfu town. Vila este mobilata si utilata cu absolut tot ce este necesar, gazda foarte amabila!
