Apartamento fraude

No me gustó nada.

Todo. Llegamos e intentamos ponernos en contacto con el propietario llamamos varias veces a dos teléfonos de contacto que nos pasó Booking y no recibimos ningúna respuesta. A continuación recibí un wsap con otro número de teléfono en el cual me decían que me pondría en contacto con el. La forma de entregar las llaves fue un vídeo donde se veía como depositaban las llaves en un seto y nos decía que portal era. En ningún momento quisieron dar la cara. Cuando llegamos a la puerta del apartamento nos encontramos con un cajetín para depositar las llaves ,y ahí es donde empezó nuestra desconfianza. Si que entramos en el apartamento,pero la situación nos hacía desconfiar ,no había ninguna seguridad con la cerradura (Una cerradura vieja y medio colgando que aunque se cerraría por dentro se abría de fuera). Ante esa situación no queríamos quedarnos a pasar dos noches,con lo que optamos por buscar otro alojamiento. Le llamamos al propietario que era un chaval joven y le dijimos que nos íbamos y le íbamos a denunciar el cual me colgó el teléfono. Lo que queremos es que nos devuelvan el dinero de la reserva. Tenemos sospechas de que el apartamento no es legal.

Buen apartamento con cosas a mejorar

El personal nos recibió personalmente para entregarnos las llaves, lo cual fue de agradecer. La ubicación del apartamento era muy tranquila y había buena iluminación en el alojamiento. Las camas eran bastante cómodas, el baño estaba reformado y, además, era fácil aparcar por la zona.

El apartamento necesita una limpieza más profunda, ya que encontramos bastante suciedad. También faltaban algunos utensilios básicos en la cocina. El baño tenía una fuga de agua y, en general, el apartamento olía bastante a humedad. La puerta de entrada tampoco transmitía demasiada sensación de seguridad.
