Very disappointing for the price (specially in low season)

Location is really good and the lady who met us was very friendly.

The apartment needs deep cleaning and decluttering. It could do with serious maintenance: bathroom door handle is falling apart, kitchen cabinets don’t close properly, drying racks are falling apart… There is a strong smell of humidity throughout. Beds were not made when we got there. They tried to charges us for towels / sheets although this was not mentioned on the booking.com website.

Passable

The location is great, especially if you want to visit Capo Testa or go to La Maddalena the next day. Apartment has parking.

The entire apartment has an unpleasant smell of damp and oldness. The kitchen is very poorly equipped, making it difficult to cook even a basic meal (like pasta). In this case, it would have been better to book a nicer (and cheaper) room instead.

Die Räumlichkeiten und die Einrichtung. Die Nähe zum Zentrum und an den Strand.

Wenn man draußen sitzt, verläuft die Straße nach Capo Testa am Haus vorbei, da gibt es einiges an Straßenverkehr.
