We liked the location of the apartment. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the old center near the water.
The apartment is well equipped, it has a stove, oven and washing machine.
Parking is a bit tricky. We were advised by the rental car company to find a payed parking location. There is a parking lot on the same block, about 5 minutes away, so nothing too serious.

The bed in the bedroom is large and comfortable.
The kitchen is big, you can cook if needed.
The apartment is about a 10-minute walk from the town centre, which was convenient.
New but dirty and poorly maintained apartment. There is no vacuum cleaner, so during the 11 nights we stayed here, we had to clean the floor and other surfaces ourselves using wet wipes that we bought. There was dust and hair everywhere (see photos), and we even found an unemptied dustpan with rubbish in the bathroom.
There is no wardrobe for clothes. There are only a few hangers in the bedroom, so most of our belongings remained in our suitcases throughout all 11 days. Only two rolls of toilet paper were provided.
There is moisture/dampness throughout the apartment (see photos).
The host is friendly and did bring towels and bed linen for the children when we called and asked for them, although he knew that four of us were staying and these should have been prepared before our arrival.
The accommodation is a small house in the backyard, located behind the large house that you see when you enter through the gate and from the street. Most of the furnishings and equipment are new. The bed in the bedroom is large and comfortable, but the sofa bed where our children slept is not comfortable.
There are a large number of cockroaches outside the accommodation, and we also found one inside the apartment (see photo).
We also had no electricity for almost an entire day, apparently because the electricity bill had not been paid. There was a notice from the electricity company attached to the property. The owner said that the bill had been paid and that the issue was with the electricity company, not him. We only had electricity again in the early evening, when we returned from the beach.
There is free parking in front of the property, but it is public and often occupied, so you have to drive around until you find an available space.
The apartment is about a 10-minute walk from the town centre, which was convenient. There is also a café nearby if you drink coffee, as the apartment only has a filter coffee maker.
