Location is 5 mins walk from the town centre, lots of pubs within 2 mins walk!
We parked at the Severn valley railway station for £4 a day!
Check in was great, was sent codes for the doors, was easy! Great communication!
We stayed in room 7 & yes it’s small but we liked the cosy feel and the mattress was comfy! Ideal being on the ground floor as we had a doggy!
Breakfast was outstanding, very tasty and well cooked! Staff are attentive and friendly!
Would definitely stay again!
Bit noisy from 7am when the cafe opens, maybe staff could be a little quieter but our room was next to the cafe & people are working, which I get that but also like to stay asleep for a bit longer when I’m away, Was unfortunately woken at 7am for all 3 mornings!
Maybe bring earplugs?
Also towels are very small and didn’t go around us, we are normal sized people so they need bath sheets in my opinion!
No mirror above the dressing table!
As it’s a small room it could do with storage solutions like shelves, towel rail and places in the shower to put your soap and shampoo!
Very minor details!

Excellent location, absolutely delicious breakfast, really lovely room, clean and bed was very comfortable but very small room
The walls are quite thin and we could hear literally everything the staff were saying when we were in our room from the kitchen!!

Very nice location right next to Severn Valley Railway. Terrific breakfast.
Code for the door did not work, was stuck outside for 30 mins in the dark. No answer on phone, then received a text to say they do not assist out of hours and to contact someone else.
If you are a business person, especially owning a B&B/Hotel, you need to be available 24/7 for people who are paying you money for a service and not pass them on to someone else because you are at home on the couch.
That will make a great difference to the longevity of the business and repeat bookings.
