Nous avons très bien été accueilli par la famille présente, la jeune fille utilise un traducteur pour échanger avec nous. C'est une famille très souriante, disponible et qui fait attention. Ils adorent les enfants.. L'environnement est riche, nous avons pu voir les poules, les petits chats. L'appartement est fonctionnel, la clim est agréable, l'agencement est parfait (une chambre double séparée du lit qu'il y a dans le salon/salle à manger. Le petit balcon est très agréable le matin pour le petit-déjeuner. L'appartement est dans une maison. Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement au calme. Il faut se déplacer en voiture. La famille est très agréable.
J'ai tout apprécié dans cette réservation. Je profite de ce point pour parler de Ksamil, c'est très touristique, si vous venez faire la fête restez en hypercentre, sans voiture. Sinon, on peut contourner l'amas touristique en sortant de l'hypercentre. Je vous conseille de trouver un logement à Sarande. Il faut savoir qu'il y a des bouchons à Ksamil, et qu'il est difficile d'y stationner (on prend une amende en moins d'une heure).
NB : méfiez-vous des distances à pied de booking, c'est valable pour toute l'Albanie.

The Property was in close driving distance to Saranda and Ksamil. The Property was very clean upon arrival.
The Hosts are very unorganized. As we were checking out we were asked to drive to Ksamil to pay by card. We have told the host that we are in a rush to catch our flight but they don't speak any English at all so communication was terrible only through Google Translate. We had to follow the host to a bakery to pay for the Accommodation which was very unprofessional and inconvenient. We were also not offered cleaning services during a whole week of staying. We had to ask for new towels but the apartment was not cleaned while we were there. Lastly, they did not ask us to pay upon arrival, waited til the last minute to pay and the payment options did not match as said on booking.com. They said cash only, adding an extra inconvenience.
